MONSTER: There has been a lot of buzz about Athlete Development Training, and Sport Skill Development. Can you give us a quick rundown of what you do?
P.H.A.S.E. 1: P.H.A.S.E. 1 offers customized athlete development training to individuals, groups, teams, schools and companies. In today’s game, the players that are the fastest, quickest, strongest, and most agile, have the biggest impact. There are many highly skilled players that don’t have the athleticism to get the most out of their skills and therefore won’t reach their goals. These same players usually do not have sufficient access to quality training on their speed, quickness, agility, core and balance.
MONSTER: How long have you been in the East Valley? Do you have plan on expanding?

P.H.A.S.E. 1: The mission of P.H.A.S.E. 1 Athletics speaks to our total commitment to the individuals who enter our family. To help them discover their “POTENTIAL”, unlock the passion in their “HEART”, while helping them develop a confident “ATTITUDE” and teaching them the “SKILLS” to becoming an “ELITE 1”. Their perseverance has now equipped them with the tools necessary to understand the commitment it will take to accomplish greater goals.
